Default Without faith the loss is difficult

I am new to this forum and only found it by chance.
Some months ago I tried to make contact with the local children's hospital to offer a 'shoulder' for parent's who's child had either died or was dying. I just wanted to empathise, sit with, listen, and help them through their difficult period. You see I was there in the ICU when my youngest son 11 weeks old was critical, and died. That was in 1984.
The year before my mum died of cancer and two years before that I found my second son dead in bed, a cot death. He was 7 months old.
Fortunately I had a very strong faith in God, and He has always been a help to me, at times of sadness and crisis.
I am willing to talk, listen, and if you would like me too pray with you to come to terms with your loss. Please feel free to contact me.
God bless
Tom.
