Default Lost a Young Friend

A friend of mine who was also a really good friend to the entire family past away last week very suddenly. He had a massive heart attack while at the gym with my brother, my bro tried CPR but he was already gone by the time any help came.

It has been really hard for the entire family, my bro especially. And none of us can believe he died of a heart attack since we are all relatively the same age.

This happened to someone I used to work for. He died before help arrived.

My condolences.

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend.

I've been surprised myself at how young some heart attack victims can be.

Yeah we were all really surprised because of his age. At first the cops were making all these speculations and saying it must of been from drug use, but the autopsy showed that it was just a heart attack.

Maybe it's just because of my increased awareness, but I've been noticing more younger people having heart attacks lately.

Just a couple weeks ago someone I knew from my childhood died of one. I hadn't seen him in years.

Blows - I'm sorry. Amazing how many people have been through the same thing and I think it's God's way of giving us a wake up call and reminding us of all that we have to be thankful for.
