And thank you, hanako, on Maria's behalf. I don't know either of you, but may I say, I think you have done what you can do to help Maria. You've shown her you care, which is the important thing for her. And you've told others that she is in need of help. Just be there for her, and that's the least, and the most, you can do for her.

I think, after your loss of Allan, to hold out a hand to yet another person who is battling depression well, my hat's off to you for your courage. For reaching out, instead of curling up inside yourself for safety.

You are a strong person, and a good friend to have. I hope Maria reaches for the hand you have offered her. You have recognized and tried to meet another's need. Well done, you!

So very happy for you that the past year has been one of growth and insight. Keep up the good work and bless you for being there for others and being aware of the warning signs!
