I need some advice
To the people who have grieved for a long period of time. Tell me some new things to do so I can move along with my life. I am staying busy and seeking counselling but is there anything else I can do to help me not think about it and go into crying fits.
I am ready to move on and enjoy life but when I take a step forward, I take two steps back. I sink into a severe depression and let my life fall downwards; I need a some good words from someone who has lost someone 10 to 20 years ago, and can give me a life lesson of how to make the next step in not looking back.
