![]() this post from cal821 helped many of us when he first posted it grief is so many different feelings some we can lay down as time passes but many will always stay with us and we just learn to cope with them even after months and years some days our loss can overwhelm us and we have to deal with it go with the sadness for a time until it passes and we carry on Our loved ones in heaven will always be with us in many different ways sometimes their presence is felt even give us answers to problems they also give us strength and encouragement for the future love will always bind us to them in our grieving we do learn to smile again and be happy because we know how lucky we were for all the love they gave us in their life xx

Memory can only tell us what we were, in the company of those we loved; it cannot help us find what each of us, alone, must now become. Yet no person is really alone; those who live no more echo still within our thoughts and words, and what they did has become woven into what we are. I wish you peace and a level path on your journey... Cal821 |

![]() grief is something we experience that is heavy and painful. BUT. There's a but, it will also go away eventually. We must go on with our lives and just learn to accept what had just happened.
