just lost my sister

This is my first time being here, just found the site and trying to deal with the loss of my sister.
She died july 10, 2011.. She was founds dead in her apt and my mom is who called me and told me of the news.

The days have passed bye like a thief in the night. I wrote a poem to her and almost di dnot get through it when i was up at the podiumn.

This has been a unexpected death and hard to say goodbye, she was the oldest of 8 children..

My condolences for your loss. I'm sorry anyone has to endure the pain we've had to experience. I lost my brother 5 1/2 years ago. And I can't say it will get easier, but I believe you will get stronger from it. Just remember to live each day for your sister and continue to make her proud. At least that's what I try do.
