Some days I dont feel anything, others I feel like im back to normal then il see something that reminds me of her and boom around. I dont know where to go or who to talk to as I feel everyones on holiday and it would spoilt there holiday. I hope I can find a place here for my senseless babbling. My daughter also has ADHD, so going through assesments and alsorts to so no time time rest really!

Shalom in Yeshua Jacs, You have come to the right place to air your feelings and emotions all of which are normal.

Some people don't feel comfortable expressing their feelings. They call it the 'John Wayne' or 'stiff upper lip' syndrome, preferring instead to bury their feeling inside themselves. This is not a good thing to do. To cry, and the release of tears is natures way of helping you through the grieving process. This is probably why no-body wants to talk. Self protection.

Everyone here has been in your situation and want to help you through this. So please express yourself here.

I will pray for you and your daughter this evening.
May God bless you
Tom
